  • As a Sales Executive, you will pitch about Freshpiks to customers and make them join
  • Freshpiks platform.
  • Sales Executive will ensure correct on boarding of customers
  • Sales Executive will train and support customers to use Freshpiks mobile app
  • Onboarding New Customers, Retaining Existing Customer, Problem Solving &
  • Collection
  • Required Experience
  • Any Graduate can apply,but should have Field Sales Experience
  • Only those people who want to work in a Fast Paced environment & can solve their
  • day to day issues.
  • Key Areas of Responsibility (KRAs) & Criteria’s
  • Increase the customer base in the particular locality by searching prospective clients and Generate sales leads
  • Create awareness and interest in Freshpiks services and find ways to solve customer
  • problems through Freshpiks service
  • Convert customers into Freshpiks platform
  • Meet 20 new prospects everyday
  • Actual No. of customers on boarded on daily basis Vs target
  • Training customers on Freshpiks sales process – Ordering, delivery, Returns and collections
  • Do’ and Don’t of customers
  • Report any training issue to the central team
  • Build a strong relationship with customers through trust and reliability – At no point,
  • you should break customer trust and retain customer accounts
  • Passion to solve customer problems and queries proactively
  • Find ways to improve customer business genuinely – Customer walk-ins, sales,
  • income or reduce cost
  • Ensure daily orders from customers
  • In case of drop in customer order frequency – do a root cause analysis, work with
  • relevant internal stakeholders and get the customer back
  • Customer should find value in each of your visit
  • Growth in active customer base
  • Weekly order per customer and Grow customer basket size
  • Identify opportunity to improve number of SKUs per order
  • Explore ways to increase tonnage per order
  • Reduce returns
  • Business acumen & key skills
  • Strong knowledge on freshpiks sales process, services and products
  • Local Market and competition knowledge and clear articulation of Freshpiks
